Delivery times will vary between products as most of our items are handmade to order. Product lead times are as follows, please note a delivery estimate will be provided upon checkout:

Mattresses usually 3-5 working days (Rolled) 5-10 working days (unrolled)

Headboards usually 15-20 working days

Bed frames usually 40-45 working days

The above lead times are solely provided as a general estimate. You will see a more accurate estimation of the delivery time for your order once you reach the checkout page so you can make an informed decision prior to paying for your order.

You will receive regular updates about your order with delivery tracking via the email address you provided when you registered your account. If you are ordering for drop ship delivery to your customer then you need to ensure their email address and mobile number are entered when you fill in the shipping address.  Our couriers will then contact the customers directly to provide tracking information to save you from having to forward on the tracking information you receive via email. 

Free standard UK mainland delivery although some remote area restrictions apply. For these areas, an additional charge may be required. Due to current Covid secure restrictions on our couriers, most deliveries will be to the doorstep only and the courier will not be able to enter the property. The below postcodes areas will be subject to longer delivery lead times and additional charges:

All AB, DD, IV, KW & PH areas

PA21 – PA38

PA42 – PA59


Whilst the initial delivery attempt is always included in the order cost if you or your customer misses the delivery then subsequent attempts can be chargeable.  Depending on the courier they may offer up to 2 free redelivery attempts.  If you miss the free delivery attempts provided by the courier and a redelivery is required at a cost to us then you will be required to pay any incurred fees for us to be able to rearrange your delivery.

For orders for multiple items on different lead times, we reserve the right to send as split deliveries, if you would like all items delivered together please feel free to contact us in advance of ordering and we will try to accommodate.

Unfortunately due to current restrictions, we are unable to offer a delivery service to any offshore postcodes.
