HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times vary between all products as most of our items are handmade to order. Product lead times are as follows, please note a delivery estimate will be provided upon checkout:
Mattresses usually 5-10 working days (Rolled) 10-15 working days (unrolled)
Headboards usually 10-15 working days
UK Made Bed frames usually 15-20 working days
Imported Bed Frames usually 3-5 working days
We do offer a limited selection of items for which 2 - 4 working day delivery is available - this will be stated on the product page of those items if it applies.
The above lead times are solely provided as a general estimate. You will see a more accurate estimation of the delivery time for your order once you reach the checkout page so you can make an informed decision prior to paying for your order.

Free standard UK mainland delivery although some remote area restrictions apply. For these areas, an additional charge may be required. Due to current restrictions on our couriers, most deliveries will be to the doorstep only and the courier will not be able to enter your property. The below postcodes areas will be subject to longer delivery lead times and additional charges:

PA21 – PA38
PA42 – PA59
PA80
Unfortunately due to current restrictions, we are unable to offer a delivery service to any offshore postcodes.
Next Day ‘Room of Choice’ Delivery Service
We understand that when you find the perfect piece for your home, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible. That is why we are pleased to offer an expedited Next Day Delivery service on a curated selection of our beds, mattresses, and sofas.
This premium service is designed to take the stress out of your delivery. Your order will be handled by a professional two-person delivery team who will deliver your items directly into your room of choice, ensuring a seamless and careful service from our warehouse to your home.
How to qualify for Next Day Delivery

Order Cut-off: To ensure we can prepare your items for next-day arrival, please place your order before 12 PM (midday).

Delivery Schedule: Our delivery fleet operates Monday through Friday.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12 PM will be delivered the following day.

Orders placed on a Friday before 12 PM will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Look for the Badge: Next Day Delivery is available on selected products across our range. Please look for the "Next Day Delivery" indicator on individual product pages or use our website filters to view all eligible items currently in stock.
What to expect on delivery day
Because this is a specialized two-person service to your room of choice, we kindly ask that you prepare for the arrival of your new furniture:

Clear Access: Please ensure there is clear access to your property, including hallways, staircases, and the specific room where your item is to be placed.

Availability: An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the items and sign for the delivery.

Clearance: Please clear any fragile items or obstructions from the delivery path to allow our team to maneuver safely and efficiently.
Please note: Next Day Delivery is subject to stock availability and geographical limitations. While we strive to offer this service to all our customers, certain delivery areas may be excluded or subject to different timeframes. Standard delivery terms and conditions apply.
NOTE: Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it. We do our best to provide the best customer experience possible, but we do rely on third-party couriers to deliver the products and they sometimes make mistakes. We don’t want our customers to be without a bed.
